My Free…Software

January 12, 2007

I think this is pretty common on the internet. You are reading a news site/blog and you find a link to a great looking piece of software which the developer is giving away for “free” (so long as you give them your email address and if you don’t then you cannot get the serial number/password to activate the program. If you happen to end up on some spam list later on well it was nothing to do with them, it’s not like they could benefit by selling your address to the spammers or if it’s a company then in my experience they are the spammers writing to you everyweek with some great new product.)

The solution:
It is a recieve only email service, you don’t have to sign up and you can have:
other people can use it too so try and come up with a long and obscure first part and you can’t send any emails out.
